Mrs. Donna C. Heiser, APR – Director of Development

Staff Information

Donna Heiser was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania and graduated high school from Marywood Seminary. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Secondary Education from Rosemont College, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the president of McCue Advertising and Public Relations, Inc., a marketing, public relations and advertising company in upstate New York. For more than twenty five years, she successfully grew the firm to become one of the leading agencies in the Southern Tier of New York. Donna is an Accredited Public Relations Counselor, a member of the Counselor’s Academy of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the Association of Fund Raising Professionals (AFP). She has continued her consulting practice in Naples with The Genesis Group. A guest lecturer at Broome Community College and Binghamton University, Donna has served on numerous boards including United Way, the American Heart Association, Catholic Charities, and PRSA.

In 2006, Donna moved to Naples with her husband Gene and accepted the position of Director of Development for St. John Neumann High School. Donna is committed to Catholic education and helping to ensure that St. John Neumann Catholic High School continues its tradition of providing excellence in education blended with Catholic values. She enjoys reading, traveling, boating and the beautiful Naples area. Donna and Gene are the very proud parents of three daughters and six grandchildren.
