Tuition Assistance

We realize that many families desire a Catholic education for their children; however, the full cost of tuition can be challenging. It is our hope no family will be prevented from sending their child to Saint John Neumann Catholic High School due to financial consideration. Tuition assistance at St. John Neumann is awarded based upon a demonstrated financial need.

How do I Apply?

In order to request financial assistance, parents must first register their student at Saint John Neumann Catholic High School. Only registered students at Saint John Neumann High School are eligible for financial aid consideration. Once your student is registered, parents may submit an application for need-based assistance though FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. This information is vital to our Tuition-Assistance Committee to assist those families with the most need.

Tuition Incentive Program for Current Families

In selecting St. John Neumann Catholic High School you have chosen to provide your child with a college preparatory education that will enable them to grow academically, spiritually, and socially in an atmosphere of faith, support, and discipline.

The school’s continued growth and success depends on you. We recognize our parents are the primary educators of their children, and work to foster a strong community partnership. This requires a mutual commitment rooted in participation and faith. The following are ways in which you can help keep St. John Neumann Catholic High School fiscally sound.

1. Families who are blessed to pay the “actual cost” of tuition are encouraged to do so by re-registering at the amount of $14,000 (the actual cost to educate a St. John Neumann High School Student) Additional funds over and above $9,680 will be considered a charitable contribution which is tax deductible.

2. New Family Referral Program – We are now offering a referral incentive program to our current families. For every non-freshman student who applies, is accepted, and registers with SJN – at your referral – SJN will apply a tuition credit (only) of $400 dollars to your own child’s tuition once that student has successfully completed one full semester at SJN. Any family, who refers a non-freshman after the start of the first semester, will receive 50% of the incentive award.

To qualify for the Incentive program the following criteria must be met:

1. In order to qualify as a new “non-freshman” the student referred must be a brand new family not yet in the Admissions database and entering their sophomore year or above at St. John Neumann Catholic High School. The referring family will be notified if the referral qualifies for the program.

2. A completed “New Student Referral Form” must be sent to the attention of Tricia Sarcone, Admissions Office. A signed New Student Referral Form must be on file in the admissions office and must indicate a name match on the new student’s Admissions Application.

3. Students returning to St. John Neumann Catholic High School after already having previously attended SJN do not qualify as referrals for the program.
